Your safety during the event is our top priority

Due to uncertainty over the coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to inform you about careful planning and extra measures we are taking to run the event responsibly and safely.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have analyzed the guidance from health officials and local government recommendations. Also, we have consulted with our strategic partner and industry professionals on how to run the event smoothly while all of you feel secure.

From the registration area, exhibit halls, session breaks, and networking, we have taken additional actions to ensure your safety

All the procedures are agreed with the venue operator and are ready to maintain physical distancing and additional safety measures during the event.

All attendees will be requested to wear face masks.

Hand disinfection is required before entering the meeting rooms.

All the participants will be asked to sit together in the same small groups (of 8) during the sessions and lunch breaks.

Chairs and high-touch areas will be disinfected in rooms before, during, and after meetings.

Tables will be spaced out further in lunch and networking areas.

The venue will be ventilated during the session breaks.

Please be informed that in the event of force majeure, including the changed conditions of the COVID-19 virus outbreak, the event may be moved to a virtual platform.
